  • We base our web store in Australia and offer shipping for our products (primarily clothing and select electronic devices) through reliable carriers. Below is an overview of our shipping methods, cancellation options, and return/refund policy.

    • Carriers: We primarily use the local postal service (Australia Post) and FedEx for deliveries. However, we reserve the right to use other carriers without notice if our usual options are unavailable or overly expensive at any time.

    • Tracking: We provide tracking information whenever the chosen shipping service offers it. Please note that tracking is not guaranteed for every shipment, as it depends on the service used and what information the carrier provides.

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the item has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible before the parcel is mailed or out for delivery. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

  • Our policy for returns and refunds is outlined below. (Note: “Delivery” in this context means the item has been shipped and received by the customer.)

    • No Refunds After Delivery (Change of Mind): We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered to you, if you simply change your mind about the purchase . Please be sure of your order before completing the checkout. This no-refund policy after delivery is strictly enforced for change-of-mind cases. However, this exclusion does notapply if the product has a major defect or is not as described – in such cases, Australian consumer law may entitle you to a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) despite any store policy . We cannot legally refuse a remedy for a serious product fault, as your consumer rights are protected by law .

    • Damaged or Lost in Transit: We pack all items carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition. Once we dispatch a package, it is in the care of the postal service or courier. If an item is damaged during transit due to mishandling by the carrier (or if a package is lost in transit), it is considered a postal/courier issue, and we cannot assume responsibility for that damage or loss. In such cases, we advise customers to lodge a complaint or claim with the shipping carrier. (If we receive tracking information, we will pass it on to you, but we do not guarantee the carrier’s performance or outcomes of their delivery process.)

    • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item (for example, a wrong product or variant than what you ordered), you may return it to us for a replacement with the correct item. In this case, the return postage cost will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will promptly send out the correct item as a replacement. We do not issue a full refund when an incorrect item is sent; our solution is to provide the item you originally ordered. (If the correct replacement item has a lower price than what you initially paid – for instance, if an alternative product of lesser value is agreed upon – then we will refund you the difference in price. Conversely, if the replacement item is higher in price than the item you originally purchased, we will cover that difference at no extra charge to you, since the mistake was on our end.) No other refund is provided in this scenario, only the replacement (and any applicable price difference adjustment).

    Important: Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our “no refunds after delivery” rule applies to change-of-mind situations and general discretionary returns only . If a product you purchase from us has a major problem – for example, it is defective, unsafe, or significantly not as described – then you are entitled to a remedy such as a replacement or refund according to law .
